Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality or our products, but due to the nature of our business and fulfillment process, we offer a strict return policy to ensure fairness and efficiency for all customers.

Returns Window:

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. After this window, we cannot accept return requests.

Eligibility Requirements:

Item must be unused and in original packaging

Return must be pre-approved by our support team

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds are subject to inspection and approval

Restocking Fee:

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee based on product condition and reason for return.

Refund Method:

Refunds are typically issued as store credit. Refunds to original payment method are only granted in rare cases and still subject to fees.

Non-Refundable Situations (We do not issue refunds for the following circumstances):

Late delivery due to shipping delays or customs

Orders marked as delivered but claimed as not received

Packages returned due to incorrect address

Used or damaged items

Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
