Shipping & Delivery

At The Modern Torch, we aim to provide the most reliable shipping for your family's safety needs.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Times:

• United States: 5-9 business days.

• International: 10–20 business days.

Please note, shipping times may vary depending on location, seasonal demand, custom delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays: While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for carrier related delays. Delayed delivery does not qualify for a refund if the item is still in transit.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stuck Packages: If your package appears lost or stuck for 15+ business days, contact us at support@themoderntorch.com. We will assist you in locating or resolving the issue per our store policy.

Customs & Duties: The Modern Torch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
